TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Printz By Koi online store and your purchase of our products. By accessing our store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

ONLINE STORE TERMS

You must be the age of majority in your state or province, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to use this store. You may not use our products or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

PRODUCTS AND 3D PRINTING

Printz By Koi creates 3D-printed products, many of which are made to order. Minor layer lines, seams, texture differences, and small variations in color or finish are normal parts of the 3D-printing process and are not considered defects.

We make every reasonable effort to display products and colors accurately. However, colors may vary depending on screen settings and filament batches.

Unless a product listing specifically states otherwise, 3D-printed items are not dishwasher safe, microwave safe, or intended for exposure to excessive heat. Customers must follow all care and safety instructions included with the product or shown in its listing.

ORDERS, PRICING, AND PAYMENT

All prices are displayed in the currency shown during checkout. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

Payment is required when an order is placed. We reserve the right to cancel or limit an order because of suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, product unavailability, or another legitimate business reason. If we cancel a paid order, the applicable amount will be refunded.

CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ORDERS

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all names, wording, colors, sizes, images, and other information submitted for a custom order.

Printz By Koi may refuse content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate. Changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed after production begins.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Processing and delivery dates are estimates and are not guarantees. Delays may occur because products are made to order, carrier conditions, weather, holidays, or circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order is returned or must be reshipped because of an incorrect or incomplete address.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, damaged-item claims, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Printz By Koi name, branding, original designs, photographs, graphics, product descriptions, and website content are owned by or licensed to Printz By Koi. They may not be copied, reproduced, resold, or used commercially without written permission.

Purchasing a physical product does not include an STL file, digital design file, reproduction right, or commercial license unless expressly agreed to in writing.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party payment processors, shipping carriers, social platforms, and service providers. Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and policies.

DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our products and services are provided as described without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded.

Printz By Koi is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the misuse of a product or the store. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

PROHIBITED USES

You may not use this store to violate any law, infringe intellectual-property rights, transmit malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, collect another person’s information without permission, or interfere with the store’s security or operation.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms by posting a revised version to our store. Changes apply from the date they are published.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the State of New Jersey and the United States, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
